I ran this name generator on my nickname 'Timba Stoffel', and got 'Tzmukan' back. Although kind of cool sounding, it violates Na`vi phonotactics rules (no three consonant clusters), and thus is useless.

• Tsu'tey as male: Tsanten (!!!!!), as female: Suy�At (bad CC)
• Cole as male: S�lron`zem (bad CC), as female: Leyra
• Kew as male: Bakteyo (What is this Na'vi "B"?), as female: Kiyeri (?????)
• 0 as male: Ateyo, as female: Ni`awtu (?????)
• sieozaynq347rq: Swizav (Cannot end in a "v"), as female: Siryanin (?????)

As 'Eylan Falulukanä said, it's useless and perhaps it really needs some fixing

It could be a misspelling of "Tsmukan", but the convention here is quite quirky
