Nice song, favourited. ^^

I have two pronounciation questions:

Lu yawne rol fiway: shouldn't you roll the R there?
Lu yawne oer vur: you pronounced it like "vahr". Shouldn't it be "voor"?

Naw, it was a relevant question, no necropost.

No, that r in rol should be flapped (one roll). If I failed to do that then my bad.
Yes, and no. The Na'vi u has two equally valid pronunciations, one is "uu" (using tsun for an example), "tsuun", and the other is "uh", "tsuhn". But, you're probably right that it would be better to pronounce it "vuur".

As for the other old posts about the videos...I have no excuse, I've been busy/lazy. They exist and I shall get them up eventually.

its "oo" as in FOOD, or as in BOOK, BOOT or LOOK..

not as in BUG, THUG, Under Hunt. srry this is late. just sayin tho.

OH AND EDIT: var is a new verb now. http://bit.ly/eFe7hV

Actually, no, it's different then that.

From William's Horen LeNa'vi:
Quoteu (u),(ʊ)

It can be either "oo" http://web.uvic.ca/ling/resources/ipa/charts/IPAlab/IPAsounds/close_back_rounded.mp3
or "oh" http://web.uvic.ca/ling/resources/ipa/charts/IPAlab/IPAsounds/near-close_near-back_rounded.mp3

eh...if this goes on for too much longer, we might as well have to start a new thread in beginner/phonetics

Yeah, perhaps a new thread would be better. Anyway, to answer the original question, there are two forms of the Na'vi "u", both are correct.

I'm kicking this off again.
I'm looking for anyone else who wants to sing or record video. The parts I can't get from you guys, I'll just have to fill in myself.

I'd like to! And now that I'm on winter break I should actually have time to record! I just wish I could find my mic...
