EDITED: CHECK AT THE BOTTOM, NEW THINGS ADDED!
Kaltxi, ayngaru lu fpom srak?

Recently, I'm using my PSP to learn Na'vi on the go. I can read text documents, images and listen to audio files which makes the PSP a great tool to learn Na'vi. so I thought I'd share with you the way to do this.
First things first, your PSP needs to be moded to be able to run homebrews. If you don't know how to do that, you can check the most excellent http://www.psp-hacks.com/ for some very good quality tutorials.
If your PSP is already moded, your CFW (custom firmware) version shouldn't really matter.

Now, what you need is a Homebrew called Bookr. It basically allows your PSP to run an application that reads most text formats as well as PDF format. It is VERY well made with a lot of options.
You can download it from there:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1679

It is very easy to install and use. Here is the method in 10 easy-to-follow steps:

1/ First go to the page I linked above.
2/ In the application's description, there's an image. And bellow the image there's the download button, click on it.
3/ Choose to download it on your desktop or wherever you think you'll find it easily.
4/ Once it's downloaded, unzip the file using Winzip. (For those of you who still don't have it, you can get it here: http://www.winzip.com/downwz.htm)
5/ When you have unzipped the file, you should have a new folder called "BookrV8.1". Go inside that folder and you'll find another folder called "PSP".
6/ Now, using your PSP unit USB cable, connect your PSP to your computer, and copy-paste the "PSP" folder you unzziped to the root of the PSP. When promped to overwrite, click "yes".
7/ Create a new folder at the root of the PSP called "Documents" (optional) and copy-paste all the text files and PDF you want to read there.
8/ Using your PSP Unit, go to Game>Memory Stick, and you should find Bookr. Launch it.
9/ When you're in Bookr, choose "Open file", find the "Documents" folder that you created at the root of your PSP and where you put all your files, and open that folder.
10/ Enjoy reading the PDF files and learning Na'vi on the go :)

I recommend 3 PDF in particular:

The excellent "Crash course in linguistic terminology used for Na'vi" from Karyu Amawey. You can find it here:
http://docs.google.com/fileview?id=0BxURBDXVBWhHZTk1NjAwYzctN2IxMi00NWU3LTgxMDktMzVjMGI4ZmU2YzA5&hl=en

The great "Learn Na'vi Pocket Guide"by Karyu Amawey, here:
http://docs.google.com/fileview?id=0BxURBDXVBWhHYTA5ZGMyNzUtNTFhYi00ODQ1LThhNDctMTgwYmZiZGM3ZDNl&hl=en

The very nice "Na'vi Thematic Glossary" made by Eywa mokriyä, here:
https://docs.google.com/fileview?id=0B6t8Bhfq-QNhNzJlZjc3YjYtYzFkYi00N2NjLWFmYWEtODIxYWUwODRlMDI1&hl=en

There's also a nice Na'vi's alphabet PDF made again by Eywa mokriyä, here:
https://docs.google.com/fileview?id=0B6t8Bhfq-QNhYjk5YmRlMGQtMDgyZi00YTdiLThlYTktMGJkYzZlYTJkNDBi&hl=en

Last but surely not least, the VERY well made "Na'vi Compendium" made by Eywa mokriyä.
One thing though, you CANNOT read it using Bookr, so instead copy-paste the document in your PSP Pictures folder.
You can find it here:
http://img44.imageshack.us/img44/6169/navicompendium.jpg

I'm also using the PSP to listen to the 51 Na'vi quotes that I extracted from the movie. They are pretty much all the pieces of Na'vi talk that you hear in the movie. I put them in my "PSP Music" folder. It is very useful to get familiar with the pronunciation or challenge yourself by trying to translate what the Na'vi say. I uploaded all these files on http://talknavi.com/
** Added: Now you can also download them here: http://www.talknavi.com/downloads/Na'vi_Quotes.rar

EDITED:
I added the very nice "Na'vi Dictionary", made by Taronyu and the very complete "Na'vi Language" article from Wikipedia (31/12/2009)
I made a few changes to the Wikipedia article, especially with colors and layout, so that it can be more easily read on the PSP Bookr.
Check bellow.

EDITED AGAIN:
You will find bellow the script of the movie. This is a good read.

Irayo!Irayo!Irayo!Irayo!Irayo!Irayo!Irayo!

This is one of the best things ive read today. Now if someone can just do the same thing for an Ipod so i can have access to it where I cant take my PSP, like work, this would be full win. I once again have reason to carry my PSP though. HUZZAH!

Nuruhuine

Glad you like it :)
Unfortunately, I don't know how to do that for Ipod (I'm a Mac hater...), sorry :(

Will it run well even if your PSP is first generation and only has 1 giga?

Very cool, i will download this now, i actually have a PSP that runs Homebrew stuff. so this thread makes me happy. ^^

this would be utterly fantastic if i knew how to do the first step! (downloading the thing that will let me open bookr)
help out a techological failure? hahaha

Is your psp modded? does it have a Custom firmware? If not the program won't work on your psp.
And modding is a slightly complicated thing, unless your willing to go learn it, and mess with the hardware yourself, i had someone else do mine.

There are tutorials all over youtube, and all over the web if you do a google search, although many are going to tell you to make a "pandora's battery" which involves buying a new battery and breaking one of the tiny connectors, then you have to download some tools and programs so you don't accidentally "brick" your psp. I'm not so good with hardware, so i had one of my friends do mine, (he came with a fail and you can have my psp guarantee) So if you know someone who has done it, having them do it, or having them show you how to do it would be your best bet, but if you want to do it yourself, read up on multiple sources till you understand completely what is going on.
I hope this helps.

Yes sir. The type of PSP matters not.
You need to have a CFW installed though.

I ADDED 3 NEW PDF FILES BTW, CHECK'EM OUT.

Enjoy.
