I wonder how one would pronounce when a situation occurs where there's a sound following its ejective cousin.
how would you pronounce kx+k, px+p, tx+t.
for example: rikx kì'onga ioang.
do I just pronounce both as one ejective or do I have to separate them (which will break the flow of speech)? ???

Separate them.  With a little practice it won't break your flow too much.

I also thought so. they're different sounds so it's logical to separate them. but I still wonder that maybe in really fast speech they would actually sound as one.

I pronounce it separately. In rapid speech it may merge, but such speech is not allowed in normal circumstances.

One, fortitioned, ejective consonant... or is it just a regular plosive?

I don't know. perhaps to personal preference.
I think usually one would just avoid this kind of situation by changing word order.
