im currently learning the na'vi alphabet so i can start to sound out words i dont know and i came across the letter "ew". i dont have a very good idea on how to pronounce it. there wasnt an example word on the pronunciation worksheet. the informal letter is eyo but i cant pronounce that either.

If you don't know how to pronounce a diphthong, the basic is that it's just a sliding sound between the first letter and the second.  So you go from saying "e" to saying "w", voiced the whole time.  It's pronounced nearly identically to what "eu" would be pronounced as in Na'vi.

another quick question. is the r (ɾ in IPA) trilled at all?

omängum fra'uti

It's a flap, specifically it's called an "alveolar flap".

The rr is trilled.
