Proper pronouncing
« on: December 21, 2009, 08:14:50 pm »
Kaltxì! I am fortunate enough to have someone that lives with me to practice with, but we both want to make sure were saying the words they way they are supposed to be said. Did I just overlook something that showed me how, or is this just a "go with the feeling of the word" thing? Irayo!

There's phonological details here: http://www.learnnavi.org/navi-phonetics/

Wikipedia should be able to provide audio examples of some of the more exotic (by English standards) sounds.
Wé cildra biddaþ þé, éalá láréow, þæt þú taéce ús sprecan rihte, forþám ungelaérede wé sindon, and gewæmmodlíce we sprecaþ.
