kaltxi!

So, I have a small question regarding the movie and the language itself.

Right after Neytiri takes Jake to show him the ikrans, she climbs on Seze and says "to become taronyu, hunter...ect" she is making a stress on the "T" in taronyu, as if it was txaronyu. In the Na'Vi guide it says to pronounce it "ta.ron.ju" or smth... So, is it me that is weird or is it the movie that is wrong?

If it is spelled txaronyu, then many folks around here would need a name change ;). As to the stress on the  T, that may be just you mishearing; it is spelled taronyu.

A stressed or strongly voiced t should sound distinct from a tx. This audio clip may help clear up any issues you may be having with the tx which might make you interpret it this way.
