Nope, si can't be used by itself for "to make."  Plus I like the same origin aspect with "born" and "coming."

That would work too.  I try and phrase every sentence in Na'vi in the active voice, so I translate samsiyu a ngolop atanta as warriors who create from light "something" (which has not been stated).  This isn't actually true, it's just how I perceive it, that's why I went with zera'u.

I, too, have to go with 'atxkxe'. The second I properly said this word aloud? I thought, "Okay, so maybe I can do this."
