Screen Name:
Kekerusey (base logon is Kawkerusey)

First Name (optional):
James

Days available:
Most evenings, Fridays tend to involve me going down the pub and, outside household chores/family commitments, much of the weekend.

Times Available (include timezone):
GMT 0, typically 8 to 10:30pm in the week, 6 to 12 weekends (some of Saturday day, most of Sunday). I can usually rearrange things if it's important.

Part you are interested in:
Any that is deemed suitable, have been in the British Army (albeit only for 18 months before I "ran away screaming like a girl" ... OK, I didn't deal so well with mindless jerks telling me what to do ... just don't ask why I joined up in the first place!) and have been heavily involved with science most of my life (I currently run a sometimes successful campaign called "Science, Just Science" ... "sometimes" because it's dead right now but a petition I/we launched in 2007 resulted in a very positive response and some action from the UK government).

Do you have Teamspeak?:
Yes

Do you have Audacity?:
Have now (beta 1.3.12 as I use Win 7 64 bit)

Do you have a Headset/Microphone?:
Yes

Are you committed to this?:
Only heard about it this morning (you've heard my very British voice already on Teamspeak) but as far as I'm concerned if a thing is worth doing, it's worth doing well and this sounds intriguing so, yeah, I'm committed.

I can do a number of accents reasonably OK and, whether or not I'm included, I look forward to the podcasts (I've listened to the first podcast already) ... good luck with the project :)

I can also change my voice a bit so if I am the only female (as it appears I am at the moment) I may be able to do a few parts.

I can also change my voice a bit so if I am the only female (as it appears I am at the moment) I may be able to do a few parts.

If we are OK with pre-recorded (messages, announcements, phone-like conversations), I try to do some technical distortion effects to manufacture a female voice or modify a female voice.  Basically a one-off for ambience's sake, not good for a featured or recurring character, just for an add on.

Also, if we want the sound of a crowd saying something specific, I can do some audio mixing of the cast doing different voices, and layer them.

Like the Na'vi crowd at Home tree speaking Na'vi about Jake's arrival at the clan, or a Keynote with press asking questions in English or maybe another language if we have polyglots in the cast.

It'd be good practice for me.

I am off the project, have fun guys...

I'm so damn tempted to sign up for this...trouble is, I don't know if I can commit the time to it. Or the right time of day, for that matter.

-Bites thumb- Curse my lack of Teamspeak and Audacity and my inability to install them on my crap computer!

Unless I can do my part over Xbox-Live (15 second dialog? hah!) or over the phone, I'm afraid I'll have to drop. Though after I head to college (because I'll be getting a new computer then) I may be able to join in.

Apologies to everyone, We've hit a hang up with the script where it will be re-written. I will get to you all BY THE END OF THE WEEK at the latest. This project is still a go. Apologies again.

Ok this post is NOT sanctioned by ExLib but whatever..

there are 2 more characters we need to cast for

Unnamed Character 1 - Male
Unnamed Character 2 - Female

i can not give any more detail other than that these characters are reoccurring roles, and would be considered special supporting roles.
