It may sound as if im goin for having no shoes, the turth is im not, i think going bare foot would be awesome, its just not possible because we dont have calluses on our feet!

Calluses are slowly developed over a period of weeks and months. Nobody is saying to drop what your doing the moment we get there and run 20 miles barefoot. however, given a few weeks to adapt to being barefoot all the time it wouldn't be that hard.

Tuteyä amuiä 'itan means that Parkour would be stressful on the bones, as it involves a lot of pressure on different parts of your feet and muscles that arent normally used are used, and this can cause problems.

Again, given a little while to adapt it's not that bid of a deal.

A few years ago I went to work at a large holistic learning center in upstate NY. While I was there I decided to go barefoot. In a little over 2 weeks I went from barely being able to walk on concrete without having sore feet to doing daily mile long runs on a gravel road. I also got into parkour while up there (not typical urban parkour, just enough to be able to get over and around things that got in my way. Logs, rocks, small cliffs and outcroppings, that sort of stuff), up in the forests and mountains, and again after 2 or 3 weeks I was fine with it. The summer after this I ended up hiking the entire AT barefoot. After just over a year of walking around barefoot I could go and do a 2,000+ mile hike with no shoes, It's really not that big a deal to not wear shoes.

I see walking/running as the best way to get around and get long distances quickly. I can do an average of 25 miles a day walking, If I really push it I can probably get that up to 30. Most trail runners I know can get 50-60 miles a day. I don't see us needing to get to much further than that too often.
