I really wish that we were allowed cameras in school, and I would. I know I can wallrun ATM, so I'm not too afraid of doing it. What I can't do is this: Wall Run Back Flip

I don't have the confidence to do it. But I can wallrun like this: Straight From the Matrix

Ikranä mokri

yah but thats freerunning not parkour- parkpour is getting from a to b a quickly as possible with minimal effort

freerunning is about being flashy

For me, they're intertwined. Either way, wallrunning is an element of both.

I'm nuts :P I'm just going to g'head and say that :P I don't give a crap what people watch me do, so the whole "flashy" thing of freerunning doesn't apply to me :P

Ikranä mokri

na i dont like to show off anymore but since iv busted my bones parkour is very difficult

Oh heck, I know! Only thing I'm close to being able to do now is balance on extremely skinny rails and jump from high heights. I can't vault running full speed unless I use one hand and kinda swing my body up and over. Actually, that might be a one-handed vault...

I feel like I'm ready for the harder stuff but I know I'm not actually. Still working on perfecting the easy, less dangerous things.

Ikranä mokri

:o  I wish I was in that good of shape!

Aye, same here.  Gonna start doing MovNat training myself at the local state park here when the weather gets warm.  Lots of woods and rock climbing.

I believe it may be in his normal training area in Kenya.

Mako
