A good way to train your brain to still think under adrenaline rush is to take up a contact martial art. Disciplines where there is a lot of variety (such as kickboxing or ninjutsu) will keep you guessing and encourage you to think on your feet in order to succeed.

One useful thing I noticed after doing a combination of aikido and kickboxing for a year was that it became much easier to watch things out of the corner of your eye. As well as this, the basic responses you make to danger change - for example, cowering away from a sudden noise to dropping into a fighting stance ready to eliminate all opposition...

One thing I do occasionally, though not necessarily to get adrenaline, is to think about getting into a fight. Of course, if you need the adrenaline at a moments notice, this way won't work since it takes a while. But, to get used to the feeling of getting adrenaline whenever you want, this technique is helpful. Just think about getting into a fight with someone, and you should feel the effects of adrenaline.

So true actually! If i ever think about getting into a brawl of some kind, the adrenalin starts to flow
