"Pandora Parkour, chasing the sunset" was inspired by the movie "Avatar" and is a tribute to our own planet. We wanted to film this in the amazing forest we could so we took a trip to the California red wood forests. What better way to capture this beauty then to run, jump, and flip around in this amazing place! We hope you enjoy watching this video as much as we did making it! Any and all comment, ratings, and subscriptions are greatly appreciated! Show it to your friends! Post it on your facebook walls. Help us making it popular! So more ppl will see it and understand that we still can save our beautiful Earth earth! THANKS FOR WATCHING! Pandora Parkour, Chasing The Sunset

Also here is our Freerunning video "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f-nz6cUdjac"
Thank you!

Now this is something that i would like to do in austalia, unfortinately the undergrowth here is so thick you need a bulldozer to get through it and like half of the wildlife is fatally poisonous and the other half is only moderately so
This is not a signature... It is also not a blatant lie.

Thanks for posting this; you've inspired me to start practicing parkour again. Thanks so much! :D

Txontaw, how long have you been practicing parkour?

Then everything changed ... I fell in love. I fell in love with the - with the forest, with the Omaticaya people... with you...
Don't thank! You don't thank for this! This is sad... VERY sad only!

Zalorticus

Then why start again when you can continue? ;D

Parkour can be done anywhere. All one needs is imagination (cheesy, but true) and maybe some shoes.

That is true. I still need shoes tho, all I've got are some skater shoes (I don't skate).

Australia has some very talented and skillful parkour practitioners.

Training alone can keep you from doing things you may not be ready to do. I find that training alone is great for drilling, too.

If you need to use shoes, use what you have. My friend has a pairs of Kirovs (very good free running shoes), but he still trains in skater shoes sometimes. Even so, shoes are not a necessity  ;).

Is def. my favorite sport. I mean, I hate team sports, sports with official practices you have to show up at, and sports that cost a lot to do. And parkour is 3 for 3 on that. ^.^

All you really need for parkour is running shoes.

Well I'm just starting and what I have been doing is just doing some excersises each night, push ups, pull ups, sit ups for me as well as jogging. I also plan to start cycling again soon. Then just seeing what you have to work with in your area, for me there is no shortage of walls and trees and other obstacles so I am doing whatever I can imagine with them, trying to move smoothly from one area to the next as well as practicing key skills such as the roll. Hope this helps :)
