That sounds like a wise decision to me. And I'd love to hear you play. If you can do Ozzy... well... then just wow.

Off topic: I was at a Manchester Wolves football game and you'll never guess who was sitting just one section away from me? Yup! Ozzy Osbourn. My friend got a pic and a sig but I wasn't a fan at the time! How I kick myself now. But the craziest part is this: After the game we went to dunkin dounuts. Guess who walked in behind us...

Did you happen to hear him order?  If so, does he really have the "heavy" British accent that people make fun of him so much for?  Such as in the following video/commercial?

Just watched that video. Ozzy at Dinkins was VERY hard to understand but none the less, that accent does sound about right. He spoke with my mom who's been to England and such many times and she understood him fine, don't know if that actually means anything though.

... I think, if possible, we should go back on topic, even though I know we all love to talk about Ozzy's accent.

The off-topic was Ozzy Osbourne's accent.  The on-topic was how the OP had a big dilemma between running away frm the world by joining the clan or helping the world by going pro in guitar.

I'd suggest you put much of your effort into becoming a great musician.
You can still see how this Na'vi project develops and join in if you find it still worthwhile.
But... you know... If you become a great musician... maybe you'd be able to write songs (are you a song writer?) which remember people(s) to watch out for mother earth. At the very least, you could try your best at this.
And by doing so you might even help the people in the tribe who will hardly be able to influence what happens in this world anymore, once they leave civilization behind.
What goes on outside of the project and tribal life, is going to (sooner or later) influence tribal life. That's why someone who could reach many people in this so called civilized society, is someone who'd be of great help to those in the tribe.
To just be singing in the tribe to entertain members of the tribe, will be a waste of your talent if you truely have the potential of a great singer.

I wish you good luck and may God give you the wisedom to choose the right path, the right path for yourself.

Definitely shredding some good notes.  Maybe another vid with slower, more musicality as well?  If you can do that, I will approve you of trying to go pro.

Do what you feel is right in your heart.  I felt compelled to join our tribe, but I have Law Enforcement duties.  I will visit the tribe in the summers, and on vacation. I'm also too busy to learn the language, although I just have greetings down... If any of you have any trouble with disputes, or hostile people, please. Leave it to the athorities.  Eywa ngahu ma smukan si smuke.  Kiyevame.     Your not alone out there, we all have our priorities...
