Wirtanen sounds like a good one.

Hey, almost every post on the LN Facebook page gets at least one comment asking when ios 11 will be supported...  Any news?

Ugh, I've gotten busy and completely distracted from the project.  Wish I had better news to give than that. Between iOS and the EE replacement, I am not quite sure which should be a higher priority to get working.

Hmm ... just looking on prediction of comets for 2018. Looks that we can expect few interesting pieces during second half of next year:

46P/Wirtanen (max. brightness 3.5 mag during December)
21P/Giacobini-Zinner (max. brightness 7.0 mag during September)
38P/Stephan-Oterma (max. brightness 10.0 mag during November)

Also beginning next year, a complete redesign of the LearnNavi main website will begin, again made possible by the new VM host. There will be more info on that coming up soon. With the expertise and involvement of members of our community, it will be a properly managed process and I hope to have both projects completed by the end of 2018. At that point we will be well positioned for the roller coaster ride of six years of sequels and all of the new Avatar material that is even now being announced.
Sounds great! :) I hpe that it will be done successfuly :)

NO, NEVER EVER!

I know how EL wire works and even have some samples. The cheapest "bluish" color is the best because it's possible to change light color by frequency. But on the other side, driving EL wire need about 100V AC voltage and few mA per meter. 10m need at least 50mA power supply. If insulation breaks I may receive electric shock.
I'll never wear that sort of equipment. Lithium batteries gives me enough risk and don't need more. I'll rather build tree of voices or atokirina' using el wire.

I manually edited the latex file, here is an updated version that fixed the sort order:
NaviDictionary.fixed.pdf

IRAYO!  :D  Can we get that to write the production PDFs?

The perl scripts generate the .tex files then calls pdflatex to compile them to PDF files.  All I did was copy the .tex file that was generated, modified it by hand, then compiled a new PDF

How about Electro Luminescent wire?
You could paint it black, leaving a gap in the paint for each tanhi?
