M27 - nice :) My the most favourute planetary nebula, especially through UHC / O-III filters.

How looks M27 in comparison with M57 (except different size) through your telescope on your urban sky?

On M27, do you prefer the UHC or the Olll filter?
Tonight, if I am able to go out (Been out 3 times in the last week, a report to you is due!), I'll have to try using filters on this object.

Both, comparison is interesting.
M27 seems a bit brighter through UHC but through O-III is more obviously visible some details of M27.

Yeah, M7 is spectaculary bright.

Did you try M6 already? It's quite close to M7 and it's very nice cluster.
I haven't because this is the first time I can have such a view.
So you can try it now :)
M6 is a bit less bright than M7 but it's still very bright and as I wrote, it's really beautiful cluster (and it's few degree more to north than M7).

This was my first observation session under new skies. It's been good overall but I wish I didn't have the small street lights.
How looks your new sky in comparation to your old sky?
I'll see probably see that after a few nights of observation. I think it's similar.

Maybe I'll try M7 tonight. The declination is extremely low but the cluster is bright.

Take airgun and...  ;D

I observed Mars tonight. Sky conditions were not too good for deep sky but seeing was really excellent so Mars was really spectacular despite his very low declination.
I saw many details on his surface :)
