I just picked this up from CNN. It seems that they have their "Cruise Control" set righr AT the posted limit.

This is going to get interesting, Dualing Data.

Interesting. The OPERA scientists said from the start that although it is not inconceivable that they had discovered something new, they had most likely overlooked something that was resulting in an erroneous reading of neutrino speed. This is also why they threw their research open for scrutiny. Although it is really cool to make a major new discovery, it is equally cool to be proven in error in a situation where you strongly suspect you are in error, but don't know how.  This represents intellectual honesty and integrity on the part of the OPERA scientists, something we definitely need more of today!

In a way this is equally an amazing result, because of the fact that they travel AT light speed, meaning either:

1) They have zero rest-mass (which was previously thought to be non-zero)

Or

2) The small margin of error is the tiny rest-mass that allows them to travel just up to under C.

If its 1) it might be time to look toward reclassifying the neutrino, as it would upend the Standard Model by being the first massless fermion, or if it's 2) well, it would mean the current knowledge about neutrinos is pretty much just re-confirmed.

Either way, interesting...

Well, there's only one way to find out, reduce that margin of error. That's something great about research though, even a failure gives interesting data.

Agreeing with 'Eylan and with Tsyal - very interesting data.  Thanks for reporting, ma Niri Te. :)
