I would like to volunteer myself as a videographer. I will be there as the video take for the Avatar Nation podcast (click the link in my sig), but I can also take video for the website. ALSO, I will be there with my recording mics and we'll be doing a special session of Avatar Nation with all the members there.

Thanks I have you on the list.  If you want to contact Txur'Itan, I'm sure he will be happy to have some extra hands.

There is also a strong chance I will be there with my camera to take video.

I already had you on the list, Zefanaya.  Thanks for reminding me though.  I appreciate it.

That was just a reply to let him know I was also doing the same.

Duepel, sorry.

If we are still looking for team captains, I can handle the clean up crew.

11:00 AM:
 Rendezvous at the Group Entrance (silver side of museum) for escort to lunch venue
11:00 AM~1:00 PM:
 Lunch in the Blue Lounge
1:00PM~2:00 PM:
 Other activities by the Education Dept. (drumming, badge-making...)

Wou...only 1-2 hours to see the exhibit? It's small, but not that small. There's a lot of interactive stuff that will consume time. I presume tho, that we'll be going back through after the panel and group photo?

If people don't stay in the Blue Lounge for the full time they can certainly go back at any time. After the panel should be fine too.

No problem.  I had already intended to pass out a schedule so everyone knows where they were supposed to be, when.  I am the original planner.  And I'm REALLY good at it.  HRH I am already half packed.  Only stuff that I will use between now and July 8 is not packed yet.
* Mrrìa TunVrrtep thinks.

Hmmm actually that's just sad!  HRH

I will copy the schedule both in my sorry excuse for hand writing and keep it digitally, on my phone and my tablet (I have my tablet with me virtually all the time (work aholic much)). I will also be taking pics and uploading them to Twitter (@zefanaya) every chance I get. Thanks you for getting this schedule and thanks Mrrìa for printing it.
