Would you help me to translate this quote into Na'vi please?

"The Na'vi say that every person is born twice. The second time is when you earn your place among The People ... forever."

I'd like to use it when I give the date of my joining the forum to my timeline on facebook as my second birth. (Also in English and my own language.)
I have some ideas about how to put it into Na'vi but I'm not quite sure of it. So every hint is welcomed.
Thank you in advance!

Na'vi plltxe san fratute 'ongokx melo. Alo amuve fko Na'viyä hapxì slu ... tì'i'avay krrä.

Is how I would translate it given that "earn your place among the people" is somewhat idiomatic and we do not know how to say earn yet.

Kaltxí, nìmun!

Another phrase I'd like to use in Na'vi, would you please help me again?

"human by birth, na'vi by choice"

I count on you, guys, thanks a lot!  :)
