Hmm it is an expression and a say so... It depends on the way of using it I think.  Is the meaning for you ''i will do it for everything in the world'' or ''i will do it no matter the situation..'' ?? :) hope I can help you.

Well, both. ;) I thought we could use sth like that:

Oe fìkem sasyi, ftxey fìtseng, ftxey tsatseng, ftxey set, ftxey mì zusawkrr.

But I think it's not the only way of saying that.

Although that is an interesting way to say that, it is not correct because fikem si is not a legal word. si constructions are not productive, and fikem si is not in the dictionary.

For better or worse, I came up with:
tìkangkem `ayi`a (nìwotx) oeru a ftxey fìtseng, ftxey tsatseng, ftxey set, ftxey mì zusawkrr.

Si constructions are not productve, but the first part of it, (in this case) kem, is a noun and fì- prefix is always productive. So we can say fìkem si, as well as we can say tsakem si or kempe si (notice: -pe and pe+ are productive, and this construction is correct, since they use it in film, and it's not in dictionary at the same time). Or I think so...

tìkangkem `ayi`a (nìwoth) oeru a ftxey fìtseng, ftxey tsatseng, ftxey set, ftxey mì zusawkrr.
1. Isn't oeri better here that oeru?
2. Do we have to use a in here?
3. If we would like to add and between ftxeys would we use or ulte? Or using and here is not allowable?

I never considered that. kem si turns out to be a rather useful construction, as it can mean 'do', and thus is a possible way around a missing si verb.

1. The use of the topical here is intriguing. Topical usage is not one of my stronger abilities, but something tells me thta it would be appropriate here.
2, The a makes the entire ftxey clause essentially an adjective of oeru.
3. Since ftxey can be a conjunction, I think that part is fine the way it is. It may be OK with but at least to me, it doesn't 'sound' right.

I have been looking at this sentence and now, I don't like it. There are a few changes I would now make:

Oe tìkangkem sìsyi vaykrr hasey (nìwotx), ftxey fìtseng fu tsatseng fu set fu mì zusawkrr

Not completely happy with it, but I think it is an improvement.

I will do it no matter how, no matter when.

*Avoids the whole ftxey issue*

How about Oe kem sa(s)yi, krr sì fya'o ke tsranten.

Why sìsyi, not sasyi?
I don't know if we can omit ftxeys in this way, Frommer does not.

I used <ìsy> there rather than <asy> because this line implies a sense of urgency. (I was even thinking serìsyi or sìsyeri for 'action already started, but compelled to finish', but I don't know if we can stack infixes like that.) Its your story, so you can pick the appropriate infix for the context. As fas as omitting ftxey, I don't pretend to know everything about proper usage of this word. I do know though, that there is a 'Na`vi tendency' to use fewer and simpler words to describe things. I also played around with ending this sentence with fuke, but that didn't seem to work well.

Well, we should ask Frommer about these sentences.

Oer wivìntxu ngal oey keyeyt krr a tse'a sat. Frakrr.
