I guess I'll go with

oel ke new ngeyä sngelit. ma tawtute, nga skxawng Lu.
Rä'ä plltxe set.

Or just drop the tawtute and use ma skxawng

Remember that the diminutive suffix -tsyip can be used to express disparagement or insult so I might just say "oel ke new ngeyä sngelit ma tawtutsyip. rä'ä plltxe set"

I believe that 'eylan ayfalulukanä was referring to MIPP saying (and was a bit confused by his use of lì'u kìte'euyuä":

lì'u kìte'e'uyä.

Which would mean "service word", maybe it means an adjective, adverb, modal verb or almost anything like that.

"Service-thing word," i think.  But i agree, i'm going to guess adjective or adverb is the intended meaning.

Here's another try at a sentence

Oeyä 'awve pamrel
Fì'u ke Lu Oeyä 'awve pamrel. Oe ke pllìmtxe tìngay.

Oeyä 'awvea pamrel
Fì'u ke lu oeyä 'awvea pamrel. Oel ke poltxe tìngayti.

I wrote poltxe because p<ol>lltxe → poltxe. I think it's better to use -ol- here. But if you want to use -ìm- the word would be pìmlltxe (not pllìmtxe). And i'm not sure that verb plltxe is transitive :) Maybe you should use the verb peng ;)
Nìrangal frapo tsirvun pivlltxe nìNa'vi :D

Vawm tsamsiyu

So "Oel ke poleng tìngayti" for the last part?  :)

No, translate the meaning not the words. "Tell the truth" seems very English to me and, given Frommer's love of adverbs (the only thing he seems to love more is the dative), I think that "oe ke poltxe nìngay" would be better.

They go before the vowel (or pseudo-vowel in the case of rr and ll). <2> go before the last vowel, <1> before the penultimate vowel and <0> before <1>.

My bad, as usual. Here is the sentence with the stupid spelling errors fixed, but with the weak grammar/syntax still intact:

Tsa`u ngal tslam futa alaksia oe pamrel si mì senge a Na`vi nì`aw srak

Here's the original sentence, so you can understand all of  Ftiafpi's corrections.

tsa`u ngai tslam futa alaksia oe pamrel si mì senge a Na`vi ni`aw srak

tsa`u ngai tslam futa alaksia oe pamrel si mì senge a Na`vi ni`aw srak
This translates to:
That thing you(?) understand this (thing) which ready I write in a place that Na'vi only, yes?

Probably not what you're trying to say. I'm assuming you meant something like; "That you are understanding me means I am ready to write in only Na'vi, yes?"

I'd say you're close, but not quite there. Here's some errors in your Na'vi:
Tsa'u ngal tslam futa alaksia oe pamrel si mì senge a Na'vi nì'aw srak?

- Tsa'u doesn't make sense without either a case marker on it (-l, t, -ti) or making it a separate clause (using "a").
- You have "nga-i", this isn't correct, nga takes the case markers -l, t, or -ti. There is no -i suffix.
- Don't forget that Na'vi means "the people", not "like the people". You need to put "nì-" before "Na'vi" for that.
- Don't forget that the nì- suffix uses the accented "ì"

But, even if you fix those it still says: "You understand this which ready I write in a place that Na'vi only, yes?"

I would write:
Tsa'u alu tsun ngal oeti tslivam lu letama lun a alaksi oe pamrel si nìNa'vi nì'aw, srak?
That you are understanding me means I am ready to write in only Na'vi, yes?

That's a hard sentence though, I'm not sure I got my version right either. I'd submit some more lines in this thread until you're comfortable with how you're doing.

That is actually quite close to what I was trying to say, namely "You understand this, that I am ready to write in Na`vi ni`aw, yes?

I would write:
b]Tsa'u alu tsun ngal oeti tslivam lu letama lun a alaksi oe pamrel si nìNa'vi nì'aw, srak?[/b]
That you are understanding me means I am ready to write in only Na'vi, yes?
