I thought it could be helpful to practice speaking na'vi like in na'vi ni'aw but with the option of speaking English if necessary and receiving corrections in English until I can create more complex sentences without needing correction (as much).

So we can post sentences or try to converse in na'vi

Aynga new plltxe oehu srak?
Only one mistake, while using modal verbs modally, you have to use the subjunctive <iv> infix in the verb you want/must/try/begin to do.

Sìltsan. I was worried that this thread would just be a little na'vi nì'aw - which it shouldn't be. Please, peeps, correct people if they are wrong in here. :)

Yeah, I got that, but as you know fay+, so tìlatem --> sìlatem.

That's interesting, skxakep is listed as adj/adv.
Also, I'd say "oe ke tsun fra'uti pivlltxe nìNa'vi" personally... (Is this counterindicated by anything Pawl has mentioned before?)
Also, shouldn't it be like "oel fpìl futa oel krrit kivin vaykrr oe tsun nìNa'vi (pivlltxe/pamrel sivi) nìltsan nìtam."?

Muzer

I remember we've had some examples of "tsun ke verb" from PF meaning "cannot verb" - which goes against intuition. Oh well.
[21:42:56] <@Muzer> Apple products used to be good, if expensive
[21:42:59] <@Muzer> now they are just expensive

Payä Tìrol

It does... oh well, just something else one has to keep in mind.

Oe new yivom ayskrimit talun fìtrr som längu;)

You'd use alunta if the "because" clause came *before* alunta.
