As I haven't yet been able to rip it, I haven't really had the chance to listen properly - but I swear when he's translating for Trudy he's actually saying something completely different (I caught a oeru txoa livu)

Anyone tried to make a transcript, then?

Were there any other new bits of Na'vi? I think there were, I can't quite remember...

If there's already a thread in which you are analysing it, let me know, but I couldn't find one, and I though there should be one ;)

The more interesting scene to me is the dream hunt, but I can't make out a few of the words...

Ma txantslusama ngawng...  (wola) swoka utralti (ong)
Subtitle: Oh wise worm...  eater of the Sacred Tree

Fìtaronyur apxan teswotivìng äiet angay
Subtitle: Bless this worthy hunter...  with a true vision

(Ma Eywa...)
Poru teswotìng äiet angay

And later the challenge has some lines in Na'vi that in the final cut are in English, plus some.

Neytiri: Eo Eywa moe muntxa slolu.
Subtitle: We are mated before Eywa.
Neytiri: Lu hasey.
Subtitle: It is done.

Tsu'tey: Neitiriti fk(x)ol pänutolìng oeru.
Subtitle: Neytiri was promised to me.
Tsu'tey: Fra'u latängem.
Subtitle: Everything is changing.
Tsu'tey: Fra'ut fkol skera'a.
Subtitle: Everything is being destroyed.
Tsu'tey: Fayhetuwongìri (tsat 'ampi tspìyang)
Subtitle: These aliens kill everything they touch...
Tsu'tey: Pxel txum
Subtitle: ...like poison.

Eytukan: (Ftang)
Eytukan: Fìfpeio ke lu meuia

Tsu'tey: (op)
Subtitle: Fight

Eytukan: Kehe

Tsu'tey: Fìpu lu vrrtep a lu mì sokx atsleng
Subtitle: This is a demon in a false body.
Tsu'tey: Ke lu meuia (?) rìvey
Subtitle: It should not live.

There are a few other bits as well...

I'm guessing Waterstones didn't have ASG then.

The Dragon Affair my last fanfic, non Avatar related.

I'm a little curious about what the dad told his daughter in "Grandmas Teylu".
Anyone knows what it is?  :)

...and I thought I heard something like "Oeru txoa ha livu sì snì livu... Takuk fìtseng."

...but then how might that make sense? ???

Hi,

I would like to ask for your help in connection with these deleted scenes. What do they say?
I know, some of them were discussed, but I hope you can help me.

Thanks.

Scene 122-123 - Jake's telling a story. Do you know what is he saying?

Scene 43A-98 - Grace says to the children "Now in English." Does she say it in na'vi? If yes, how do we spell it?

Scene 131A-148:
00:05:15 Ma txantslusama ngawng... - Oh wise worm... – (Is that correct?)
00:05:17  (wola) swoka utralti (ong). - ...eater of the Sacred Tree. – (is "yom" the correct instead of "ong"?)

When Tsu'tey dies - is this pray correct?
(?)...ma oeyä tsmukan.
...kivä set ne Sa'nok Tirea.
Ngari hu eywa salew tirea,...
...tokx 'ì'awn slu Na'viyä hapxì

Sran, yom is correct here.  Actor error...

Hm... maybe Mo'at was trying to say "'ewll a swoka utralti yom"... or something :P

Thanks for your help.  I give you karma for it.

I have some more questions.

Scene 235-236 (Jake's translation):

For the second sentence I found this:
00:01:19  Takuk fìtseng. - Strike here.

But what could be the translation of the first sentence, when he points on the rotor?
00:01:09  ?? – ??

I found these lines here from Scene 164-172.

Tsu'tey: Fra'u l<er>atängem. - if I'm not mistaken, we need "er"

Tsu'tey: Fayhetuwongìri fra'ut(?) 'ampi tspìyang - what is after "fra'ut"

Eytukan: Fìfpeio ke lu meuia muiä - Is this correct?

Tsu'tey: (op) --- What could this be?

Tsu'tey: tsampongu [oehu!] --- and what is this?

Thanks again!

Tam... I am a lost as you are with that line :P

Again, I offer karma to anyone who can correctly identify the Na'vi line.

<er> was spoken in the first line.  There was also a small grammar mistake with Fra'u skera'a (should be more like Fra'u (s)leru skawna'a)

The second line: Fayhetuwongìri fra'ut a'ampi tspìyang pxel txum.  Either I'm still a tad incorrect here or it's actor error.

Third line you mentioned has a small correction above...

I heard Tsu'tey's line as hoku, and that's not even a word (we have wem instead).

tsampongu!
