Ngal zene zivong pot! Txo ke kem ke sivi, tsakarr po tayerkup.

1. We don't use agentive in modal constructions (there are some exceptions depending on the word order, but in this sentence a use of agentive is wrong).
2. We always use -iv- with controlled verb in modal constructions.
3. I think fì- is necessary, because you're talking about "this action".
4. We use ke right before the word to which it's related. In si-verbs it's related to si.

Added: I found another mistake, but I think it's just a typo: tsakarr.

A few things.

First, modal verbs like zene are, in their usual use pattern, intransitive, no matter what the transitivity of the verb they control.  Also, modals require the subjunctive in the controlled verb.  So: nga zene zivong pot.

The future condition is correct (subjunctive in condition, future in conclusion), but when you negate a si-verb, the adverb goes right before the si form, so: txo kem ke sivi.  As a stylistic matter, I might prefer tsakem or fìkem here instead of bare kem, since we've never seen kem si used quite that way before.
