5000 doesnt exist in the 5 system but in the 6 system
50006 is a nice 1. goal *getting rid of some fingers for easier counting* hehe
but we still need to hurry a bit

Yes he said it. The standard for writing numbers in various bases are the following: -b for binary, 0- for octal, n/a for decimal and 0x- for hexadecimal. Since he didn't put 05000 but 5000, he actually meant the decimal version.
