I remember when it was like that! It was insane around here, there were times when you could not read posts as fast as they were being posted in some threads!
Posting in a thread that had been dormant for more than two weeks was pretty much unacceptable, unless you had extremely good reasons for doing so.
LN was a very different place back then, we have mellowed, and improved considerably in my opinion.
