It breaks some stuff it has learned, but I think it is based on one of the older insults from the early attempts to teach it. Cleverbot forgot to break up the NO, from "NO, YOU BE SKXAWNG." 

But your first guess is right, I think the original was, "Kehe, nga lu skxawng."

I think it messed that up very early in learning it, and could not unlearn it, repeating it broken a few lines after I wrote it.

No he's not. It even says "PARENTAL ADVICE: Visitors never talk to a human, however convincing it is - the AI knows many topics - use ONLY WITH OVERSIGHT". Plus, there must be 20 people speaking to him at the same time every day. One person couldn't have that many conversations at once. And they couldn't afford to hire 20 people. And he would have to be a fast typer with no mistakes. Cleverbot sometimes responds with sentences 3 lines long after only a few seconds.

contrary to popular belief, that infix actually is NOT required. "oel ngati kame" is completely grammatically correct. :)

yeah, the ei there is more polite. but that said, using no infix is neither polite NOR impolite. äng would just be flat wrong rude. XD
