Hmmm, another instance of the bot using "nga" I wonder if it means something in another language?

I was trying to get the clever bot to differentiate between three different languages by asking what language it had spoken.  At times, I knew, but the bot did not.  It knew Japanese, and had some strange idea that I was speaking English, so I was trying to make it clear.

User: What language was that?
cleverbot: English
User: "Nga" is not English, "Nga" is the word for You in the Na'vi language.
cleverbot: hindi
User: What language is that?
cleverbot: Tagalog
User: Na'vi is not Tagolog, English is not Tagalog, Na'vi is not English, the word equivalent for the English word "no" in Na'vi language is "kehe" not the Tagalog word "hindi".

I think that the Cleverbot is actually just another user on the other end, though I could be wrong.

It takes phrases from conversations with users, and in essence "learns" from it's conversations. That means with enough Na'vi, it'll be able to hold conversations!

Nga is quite a basic syllable. Many languages have it, and in many others is a word. It doesn't surprise me that Cleverbot uses it so much.

Silly human. Machines have no use for our concept of gender and sexual reproduction. Except for the male/female ends in USB ports.
As far as I know, it has no determined, consistent gender.

I am correcting cleverbot's responses by asserting the reason for them having been given, and if I can not come to a conclusion, I ask a question of the clever bot to clarify what was said.  That is helping to steer the topics more.

For instance, I was able to ask the Cleverbot to recognize that I was only speaking two languages by identifying the language it spoke to me as not being the languages I spoke to him/her/it.

English language and Na'vi Language.
I know. <- contextually awkward responce, but every one of these that we correct, seems to improve its responces.


The dialogue does not have to be factual, or acurate, but it really cannot seem to apply a good deal of precision on the topics yet without significant effort on the logic of your communication with the bot.  And humans don't practice logic, so learning from us is going to take forever.
