Okay, I admit. The second time I saw Avatar I rreally tried to think of Neytiri in a sexual way. I realized everyone else I had spoken to did. (this was before I found LN.org) EPIC FAIL. Just could not. I apologize to men everywhere. I think I have to turn in my "man card." I have heard so much garbage about her breasts that I am stunned that is all some guys seem to see in Avatar. It seems perfectly natural in the film, and yeah, yeah she is hot and all that, but (IMHO--only) it's like JC did something transcendental. He showed up a "topless chick" without evoking sexual perversion. I am of course not saying that anyone who got excited at Neytiri is flawed, perverted, or whatever, but this whole obsession I have come across with her breasts is like we all live in a world of idiot males who can't keep their mouths shut--even to avoid revealing how (sumina?) they really are.

Is it a badge of honor to be DUMB and horny at the same time? I am not from this planet--or maybe I am, which would be worse.

Ngal tìngayit plltxe. Kudos to Camermon for that. The nudity is very subtle. Here in Europe we see much more skin in commercials than in Avatar. The flap about Neytiri's breasts is very amusing seen from this side of the pond (at least for me--and hey, I'm American!).

Still, I did have some carnal thoughts about Neytiri the first time I saw Avatar. But by the second viewing, she'd become a little sister. On the other hand, if she'd been built like Marilyn Monroe...well, then all bets would be off.

Personally when watching Avatar I totally forget about the whole nudity thing. But being a person that is still alive I am not completely oblivious to the fact that, yes, Neytiri is sexy. It's not really something that I'm always thinking about.

I have seen naked human girls, in person. Neytiri was wearing lots of coverings from my perspective, she could have been naked, and I would have been watching the expressions on her face.

1) Her character was interesting,
2) She and I are not dating, (Hello Captain Obvious here)
3) I know what all the hidden parts look like from information J.C. expressed, and the ASG,
4) ya seen five or six up close in real life, you have a good idea what the rest look like after that.

I think that clothing and puritanical value systems have imposed a form of obsessiveness with curiosity on this subject, and the only way to get past it, is more prevalent exposure, until it no longer matters, and is common place.

For me clothing is a way of preventing injury, and illness caused by exposure to harsh materials or environments, which are a reality in our modern world. Other than that, it is an arbitrary requirement that I would like to see a bit less enforced.

Yeah i saw that too, was looking for the neytiri wallpaper when they are in the tree of voices. I saw the suggestion and was like, LOL and *sigh* at the same time.
