It was a bit slow here too, I would say. But I enjoyed it.

The best shooting star of the night, was in a completely different alignment, so it wasn't associated with the rest of the shower.

Can you say how bright it was?

So, perhaps as much as two time as bright as those from the main shower, and covered a significant portion of the observable sky, perhaps a quarter of the sky over head.

True I still remember the brightest meteor which I ever saw and which was brighter than full Moon...

Now, I would have liked to see that!

That I believe, it was totally amazing... bright white-green fireball and golden luminous smoke track across almost whole sky... it's not possible to describe, it must been seen...
