So I thought it would be fun if everyone were to post their first ever post here on learnnavi.org! Let's all enjoy the general sense of noobishness of these (for some) ancient messages, and marvel at how far we've progressed since.

Both the comma and tabular separated values appear to be inaccessible at the moment. I get 404:s when I try to download them.

Reading this thread, I was thinking, what would be sent to the rider's brain if the animal died while they were connected through Tsaheylu? Would the connection just stop or would they feel the animal's pain (emotional)?
I remember that Neytiri's ikran Seze was shot while they were connected, but it didn't show much about how she felt. She could tell immediately something was wrong--but was that just because Seze wasn't flying straight anymore?
My apologies if this has already been discussed, I'm new here but I did read through the whole thread and I didn't see it brought up.

There are two translations, the left is the first I made, and the middle on is the second.
I like the one in the middle more, I worked harder on that.
In the middle one, bold lyrics tells the words in Na'vi.
The italicized lyrics tells the direct translation. The normal ones below them, are what I think it can mean.
In the column to the right is what I think the lyrics sais.

In the first part, I think they're singing about Jake. That he should give to everyone just as his teacher- Neytiri. That he should understand. When they sing; "teacher, teacher see war", I think it's Jake that's thinking. That he wants to tell Neytiri about what's comming. (Destruction of hometree and so on.) Then at "why did I see many leave" Jake might be questioning all the things he has done in his life. "Will hello matter?" might mean that he wonders if it makes any difference if he tells Neytiri or not. Here I think they're singing about Jake again. That he, the strenght from above(thay call him strenght because of his strong heart and from above cause he's a skyperson)- must pass the worst change. The test- to catch an Ikran. I don't know what this mean. Maybe that he should ask the people for advise. They're looking much at him. And the next line might be Neytiri- she took one look at Jake and it was enough, she wasn't interested. Awake drum have to come from the drum in the back of all the singing in this part. Here Neytiri tell Jake about Eywa.

I have made up two words on my own now, wich basically is combinations of original Na'vi words

Tawtsahaylu ~ Wireless Connection (Sky Bond - Taw tsahaylu) - I'm planning on renaming a renameable router near school to this name Smiley To bad that the one that everyone used is passworded by now Sad
kiteeyu - Server (Server + er) - I have a server with this name now. First it was named kitee, then I saw the principle if adding yu in the end of some Na'vi words (ex. Hunter). It might of course also mean Servant.

Kaltxì, ma oeyä 'eylan niwotx.  I've been watching this forum from the ISV above your moon, but there has been some technical difficulties, and so I was placed back in cryosleep for quite some time.

Oe lu tupe?  A young foregoer who has been drawn in by the various aspects of Avatar in various ways, the Na'vi language being the most prominent.  Oe nolume txan mì nìNa'vi lu, set pivlltxe nìNa'vi ko! 

...and now I would guess SM0 will be coming here soon with his 'upxare?
