I seriously think I just bruised my sublingua glottis. Eating soup is now impossible. What's it mean?

It's so lucky that the derivations of the word all have massively rolling R's, hence your tongue vibrates when saying it  ;D

I don't think we should accept Pxtxawng as a word, obviously made up off the top of JC's head and not backed by Frommer as of yet.
Prehaps that could be a question for him in a future email(?)
