As I know spam is a message you dont want.
Like "You won a prize...." or "You can live in America"
Internet is full of messages of this type that often comes randomly.
So spammer is a person who make that messages and post posts that are
not for reason but to annoy someone.....

OR

you could even get a computer virus

OR

even need to pay something...etc...
