I'd like to see the Smaug scene with Smaug removed by cgi and replaced with Toothless.

That would be very interesting. But there's a problem. Toothless (maybe) can't speak and he's smaller than Smaug, so gold would move for no reason. But he's got very nice eyes. Just like Smaug. I love the moment, when Bilbo makes noise with coins and you can see a part of Smaug's head. And when he opens his eye. He's got fire in his eyes.
Or Smaug against that very big dragon in "How to train your dragon".

I feel there is good and bad advertising, good advertising is memorable but not disturbing.
Bad advertising is annoying, lame, confusing, disturbing or plain sickening. For me, spam e-mails, cold calls and junk mail are generally in the annoying category.
I hate bad advertising.



TNP will write a fanfic of Bilbo's encounter with Smaug, from Smaug's POV, showing that 'The Hobbit' is little more than pro-Bilbo propaganda.

I think not. I will not write a fanfic about this. Maybe someone else (I don't know, if there's anyone else, who loves Smaug as well). I had very bad mood last days and I didn't feel good, so I didn't complete my fanfic, which part 1 is almost done. Just translating...
I won't do it: 1. Because I feel like I have got head full of informations nowadays, so I'm glad I can find some inspiration for my current fanfic.
2. I mainly love two worlds: 1. Pandora; 2. Tolkien's Arda. I'm really grateful, that mr. Tolkien made this world. I absolutely respect everything, what he wanted there and I think, that Hobbit (book and movie) isn't pro- Bilbo propaganda. After all Bilbo is main hero. In this times people (not always) more like evil characters than good characters. So film makers (and book writters) are trying to make interesting evil characters. I lobe Tolkien's world and the Hobbit is one of my most favourite books (and movies, thanks to Smaug ).

But, as I said, maybe someone else ?
