He's not posting your callsign, he's posting a piece of BB code ([ you ] minus the spaces) that posts the original username of the person reading it and links to there profile. Tawtewng isn't deliberately targeting you, or anyone else for that matter and yes, it's annoying, but he isn't insulting anyone or doing anything against the rules, he's just exploiting a piece of code to make the same lame joke over and over again, if you stop posting about, he'll eventually get bored and stop.

mawe it's just a prank someone decide to do on here with a code that shows all the users their own user names.  chances are he's not talking about you.  for example i see my user name on the thing.  and if nga quote what he said it shows that he wrote nga in brackets.
