US. I don't think it's typically sold in Europe.

In the U.S. MD is a PepsiCo distributed and bottled/canned soda. They probably renamed it for local marketing and use a different bottler/caner. You might see AMP out there.

Mountain Dew was originally released in the UK in 1996, then removed in 1998 due to low sales. It is still available in the UK through certain specialist outlets. I can't find anything about other European releases.
