Firefox obviously :)  Although I have Chrome, IE9 and Opera installed for some occasional rendering references.

hmm. I switched to Google Chrome recently. Though I am a fan of Firefox as well. (although I have not used Firefox since FF5 came out. I did use FF4 for a while though.)

It was a joke. I use Chrome these days because it seemed to me faster to both start up and to render pages than FF4. Idk if they fixed that in 5 or not.

never said that I now hate/dislike FF. just said I am using Chrome these days.

Probably true on Linux Chrome is fast on startup and their Software renderer is much better than the competition, when it comes to speed. However, on Windows (and Mac?) all modern browsers use GPU accelerated rendering which will outpreform Google Chrome easily.

But then again, does anyone with a modern computer really notice any difference in the webpage rendering? It's like 100ms against 50ms at tops on a normal website.

I mainly hate when I have no browser open, someone posts a link in IRC or whatever, I click on it, and FF(3,4) takes eternity to start up.

You know what? I'm gonna download Firefox 5.

Ekirä

I'm still running FF3. ;D FF4 didn't work so great when I tried it, so after that I abandoned the idea of using the updated versions. ::)

I'm trying out Pale Moon (palemoon.org), which claims to be an optimized Firefox build for Windows.  It starts up a lot faster, although that may be because it doesn't have two dozen extensions and three dozen tabs to load.

I use IE9, Chrome, FF 5, Opera, and...Safari.  :D

Hello from Firefox 5. It's not bad. though...I can't tell a huge difference between 4 and 5. but apparently there are no big differences.

I second this motion.  Honestly, is there anything Safari does that Chrome doesn't do better, other than demonstrate how your page will look to lazy Mac users?
