Yesterday night I learned that doing so can result in you having trouble falling asleep 

HRH! You aren't supposed to do it when you go to bed!! I would actually advise against doing it while lying down.   You risk it becoming a habit, so when you go bed you'll think non stop.
But I know what you mean, I did it for the longest time. My brain would not shut off and I couldn't fall asleep!

Actually I was trying to do lucid dreaming and usually that's the way you do it. The disadvantage is that it takes you a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG time to fall asleep and even after that you sleep really lightly. Bad for having to get up early each day because of university ^^

What I learned today, is more inner and personal.

I adore and admire the things our mother nature does. Only recently have I noticed that I stand outside in a thunderstorm, I stand outside during Tornadoes, I like to witness natures power.
There is no fear, no worry or fright from me. I actually love these things, and it wouldn't bother me if these feats of nature took my life.

Strange, I learned something new about myself.
I embrace Natures dark side. The side of nature that takes life, rather than giving it.

Today I learnt that sitting at work but not having to do any work is interesting. It speeds up my stories, but it feels wrong.

...with my dad is going to take longer then I thought... Since he is not that eager about building it then I am... When I want to start building something, I want to make a plan, get the supplies and that working. My dad likes the wait a few days first, then consider getting supplies and a few days later start building.
