Today I learnt that there have only been 50,000 people yesterday for the St-Jean celebration in the parc Maisonneuve - five times less than 250,000 of last year. I hope this was due to the bad weather only, and nothing else. Though I have some doubts about that.

True! I don't know what to think of those new restrictions. It's kinda good to avoid "drunken problems", but I also think it might have encouraged some to have their parties with alcohol elsewhere.
