The infographic indicates the host (forum.learnnavi.org) as the source of the issue. Odd.

Have you tried to upload a version of that image with 100px * 100px?

Edit: You could upload that image in the gallery and link it in the avatar setting.

I just tested with a small test account and I was able to change the avatar without any problem (tested with a png, gif and jpeg file on Firefox and MS Edge). $:-\$
My random guess is: Cloudflare

I don't understand. When I put the link of the picture, it didn't work, but when I uploaded it from my computer, it did.

EDIT:- So, nearly. animated GIF in non-amimated PNG out, how's that work?
Also, Typewriter font doesn't seem to be working for me, anyone else get that?

This is doing that again, and it says:

It is a PNG file, and it should respect the size requirements. Are the admins aware of this issue?
