Is this sentence right

Is
   "Ngal ngeyä wutsoti new peseng?"
Correct??

For sure the -l and the -ti are well placed. I'm not sure about the "where". Are you asking where to eat it, where to place it or something else?
I would place wutsoti between ngal and ngeyä to make the sentence sound better. Or maybe use grammatical concepts you might not be familiar with yet.

With a minimum of changes I'd say "Ngal ngeyä wutsoti new yivom peseng?" or "Ngal wutsoti (ngeyä) new yivom peseng?"
