^He did say that he cut out the FULL Tsu'tey death scene right before release, so he might throw that back in there, plus what ever else he feels like doing.

I'm not sure how that will effect the pacing of the movie. There would be almost two pivotal scenes back to back, and i dunno about that just yet. The emotional power behind tsu-tey's death scene may over ride the emotions felt at the end of Jake's fight with Qaritch. But I'd have to actually see it before i make an opinion. JC himself said the emotional power behind tsutey's death scene was overwhelming, even to some of the actors and crew.

I just read the news of this today and hopefully it happens... Avatar still had quite a bit of financial gain to be made when it was shoved out in favor of Alice in Wonderland. Trouble with this release is there is a hard limit on IMAX film size which would restrict it to only 10 more minutes of footage. I personally hope they do 2 distributions and have the 3hr20min digital version in addition to the 2hr50min analog film reel.

for some strange reason Avatar is still in the IMAX in boston's New England Aquarium. I felt like the luckyist guy on the world when i found out that it was still around. hoping to go see it this weekend. yeah me!
