When Avatar will be remove from Theater !

3 hours before movie im soo existed it the same felling as the first time !

Your theater manager might be being too optimistic.  It takes a while to splice the IMAX reel (it comes in 30-40 cardboard boxes, and has to be manually spliced by the projectionist) - and that has to be done directly onto the IMAX platters... so bearing in mind that Avatar has to be taken off the platters and cut up to put back into the Avatar labeled boxes before this can even start, you're more realistically looking at Avatar's last showing on the 2rd... maybe the 3rd if you have a hard working projectionist.

It looks like there's a full day of Avatar showings on the 2nd, and then nothing.

Oh and that theater freakin' rocks Me and MaTe were both there last Sunday for the PNW meetup viewing...
