is anyone able 2 play this on their comp? if so what program r u using? b/c vlc and windows media player wont play this
Total Media Theatre 5 or PowerDVD 10 Ultra would do the trick. They're rather expensive though.
Also, make sure your ODD is capable of playing Blu-ray discs. A regular DVD-player won't cut it. Both TMT5 and PDVD10 offer free trial versions, so you can test them before buying.

I'm hearing about Neytiri being pregnant in a scene right after the Theatrical ending, confirm or deny.

As I recall, I think that's in one of the deleted scenes.

yes. it's only a rough animation, and you can see Jake putting his hand on Neytiri's belly and she puts her hand on top of his. :3

just finished the CE and loved it (no big surprise) hrh... and of course again i was in tears when Jake passed Tsu'tey on to Eywa
Yes, I am very glad to have bought it. I watched the scene with Tsu'tey's final goodbye tonight, in order to listen closely to what Jake said and found it so emotionally intense that it was hard to watch it more than once. But I did hear "oeru txoa livu, ma oeyä tsmukan" and (if memory serves) "tirea salew hu Eywa" - similar to the words Neytiri spoke over the slain aynantang.
Neytiri never said "Tirea salew hu Eywa" or anything like that, she said "Hu nawma sa'nok tivul ngeyä tirea".  But Jake DID say "Ngari hu Eywa salew tirea" when he was speaking over his kill, and again over Tsu'tey.  I don't recall if they are the EXACT same words, but it is far closer to Jake's prayer over his kill than it was to Neytiri's over aynantang.  (Or perhaps a mix of the two...  The "Oeru txoa livu, ma oeyä tsmukan" from Neytiri but the "Ngari hu Eywa salew tirea, tokx 'ì'awn slu Na'viyä hapxì" from Jake's prayer over the yerik.)

well, I liked about half of extra scenes from extended, collectors, and unfinished.
here are some random impressions:
I was disappointed with earth opening, though I liked the bar fight :)
whole school storyline and "they did not want us to succeed" was "proper"
all Norm scenes are ridiculous, it's good that they are gone.
while selfridge VS quaritch is good, it would need waaay more story around selfridge not to be out of place.
Na'Vi festival: more CGI = good :)
dreamhunt should have been in.

So I think it was 25$ well spent.

random question: they show that Gas Giant way more in unfinished scenes that are related to "Eye of Eywa". Accident? Hint for Avatar 2?
Where is my NDD fix?

I wonder what both scenes would look like when rendered in their final state...

The Norm scenes were hillarious and precious and should totally have been in!  One way you can tell the movie was written by a "boy"?  WAYYYY too focused on the main characters with almost no character development for anyone else.  Men aren't able to split their focus the same way women are.

I agree, uniltaron should have been left in, and so should the extra bits when Grace goes to Eywa.

I think the first half is Oeru txoa livu, ma oeyä tsmukan. Kivä set ne Sa'nok Tirea. Just a translation of the script ("Forgive me, my Brother. Go now to the Mother Spirit.")

The second half: Ngari hu Eywa, salew tirea, tokx 'ì'awn slu (something). It doesn't sound like "Na'viyä" is in there, which wouldn't really make a lot of sense anyway (unless the Na'vi practice cannibalism); maybe it's something else?

This is Sam Worthinton we're talking about.  The other time he said "Tokx 'ì'awn slu Na'viyä hapxì" (Which we only know from the making of which showed his Na'vi dialog written) it sounded more like "Tokiyawn slu hafiyapi"

I loved every bit of the 3-disk set, I watched it all in one sitting with of course bathroom breaks. I even refrained from watching my other BR for the past month to be as unjaded as possible. Even though it was only 16 extra min on the movie, they were put back in so well it almost felt like a new movie.  :)

The deleted scenes were great as well, I would have like to see all of them in the movie they weren't useless like the deleted scenes in many other movies. (we should start a fundraiser for the 50mil+ it'd take to restore the scenes lol)

It was also my first time seeing the Tsu'tey scene, I didn't see the SE in theaters which I regret now, when I saw that scene it was so sad but at the same time I was like HOLY SH** it was the single most realistic piece of CG in the history of CG.

The best 3 things that aren't actual movie parts; The movie-making documentary, the  section about the amazon, and the crew film (The Volume) which was pretty hilarious.  :D

That's it.  Seemed confusing since "kivä" sounded a bit like "kive" :P

I always wanted more "story" in the movie, or more detailed and diverse story, or more "concentrated" story... sort of cutting every third frame from the movie %)
They do have those long "welcome to pandora" CGI sequences when nothing happens, that could be "enriched" by some side story line.

It's just that norm scenes looked ridiculous to me.
