Ears

Just wondering how many people noticed how much the Na'vi seem to use their ears as part of facial expressions. I'm wondering if it's something everyone noticed, or if it was only a few people (possibly people who, like me, have been around cats or other animals with large ears their whole life).


Probably the easiest to see example of this is where the palulukan is coming up behind Jake near the beginning, when his face turns from arrogance into an "oh sh**" expression, his ears turn around and go right back - there are other examples in the movie though.

Yeah, the movie does a pretty good job of making it obvious.
