It makes perfect sense.  Prior to him yelling that phrase, he was probably just crapping his pants, thinking "AHHHHH!", so by saying the phrase, he was thus thinking it, and with tsahaylu...

Just a note on this, it could be shortened even further to just eylan.

of course, but generally people like to keep the prefix on words that originally began with a glottal stop otherwise it can be hard to catch for many people.

every part of the movie is good, but this is the funniest out of all of them.
