the thing is though is that honestly Quaritch wasn't really a villian or evil he was just following order's on what he was told to do.
ohoho, I beg to differ, he took pleasure in killing off the Na'vi with no sign of remorse wat so ever. If he could have he would have done it the moment he saw them. He was even sipping some coffee while the Omaticaya's home which they lived in for like ever was being burned to the ground. If you pay attention to like everyone else in the seen other than Quaritch you can see the remorse in their eyes.

If Quaritch isn't evil I dare you to name someone who isn't.

about how evil quaritch is. i wouldnt go so far as to say he is actually evil.
he is definitely a villain and a darn good one at that. but i think he is more of bad person than he is an evil one because when you first are introduced to his character he is quite respectful to jake and friendly. even promising to get him his legs back if jake can bring an early end to the na'vi standoff.

and i blame his indifference towards the na'vi on the fact that he honestly believes them to be inferior to humans and as such. when they are put into that position in people minds they become like animals and anything you do to them doesnt matter because they dont matter. and i cant really blame him for his point of view because i cant imagine him caring much for anything on that planet after the "warm" welcome he recieved.

the point im trying to make is that he isnt pure evil because in his mind he is doing the right thing, suppressing a hostile insurrection against him and his people. but that doesnt free him from the blame for the horrible things he took part in.

i feel as though someone who is truly evil could have done far worse to the na'vi.
