sorry for double post... but...

Does watching Avatar in walmart count?

Tonight i spent 2.5 hours watching Avatar at walmart. I was walking to the food area and got sidetracked and found myself in the electronic section. I heard Avatar music and saw a 60-inch hi def tv with a surround sound system setup playing the avatar dvd. It was on the title screen, waiting to play. I quickly made my way to the garden section and grabbed a nice comfy outdoor chair and set it up in front of the tv. I found the remote to the dvd player and started the movie. throughout the whole movie i got quite a few comments from the employees and even gained a small audience. All told, by the time the movie ended, i had a crowd of about 5 others who joined me. one other also grabbed a chair from the garden section as well. LoL.

So this is technically my 11th DVD screening.
See that shadow? It's the last one you're gonna see.

I'd say it counts. You're still watching the movie, and it's not in a theater. I'm watching it for the fifth time now.

Ah yes! Oportunists are great! At my tawtute-mart I would have been stared at by old ppl, which most of my community are made up of old ppl in they're sixties, and older. So, it'S NON-AVATAR world for them... I said Irayo to this old person at a starbucks, and she said F off... I meant it in the sincierist way. I'm never speaking to a old tawtute again, that is for sure.

My friend did that with X-men 3.  And yes, it does count.

I think if you See, Smell, and Hear. It counts.  Otherwise, if we were saying it doesn't We'd be stealing that truth from you ma tsmukan.

No wonder when you picked the blue piece, it was "innocently."

Well, now we you have admitted your problem.  This is the first step in your recovery process.  And by recovery, I mean we will re-addict you to Avatar.  I mean, you don't call yourself Mr. 3000 on an Avatar forum and then not watch Avatar for two weeks! (Well... you could.  But it just means there's an issue).

I am going to guess why you were in such a predicament... Finals/Exams.

I wouldn't resort to that.  Or, at least, of you have to, resort to it in the proper thread (The "lost my mind" thread).  IDK what you really do, so you could blame what I suggest: work, friends' parties, girlfriend, chemical substances, flying monkeys, ninja narwhals, pirate llamas, cheeseburgerz, or exploding lava lamps.  I'm sure you could weave a story together that would be very convincing if you used a couple of the suggested things to blame.

Hah, I actually have the first problem suggested, a science final coming up on the second to last day of school, and a geography final on the same day. So I've only watched it five times.

Well on the plus side I'm watching it right now in an attempt to rectify this issue.

Heh, lucky. I can only convince my parents to put it in about once every two weeks.

That's too bad. You don't have your own tv or computer?

No to both. I have an iPod, but it gives me a headache to watch movies on such a small screen. I might put it on the iPod anyway.

You could always do what most people aren't doing: get an iPad. Or go ahead and buy a laptop, but if you do, make sure it is Blu-ray compatible (if they are yet).  Of course, by doing so you opt out Macs.

Ok, Monday I will probably watch the movie again, but I will watch it (I believe the second time) on my Blu-ray player.  That will bring me up to 35-ish? (I've lost count  ;D ).

... which makes me think: how did Technowraith manage to keep track of his viewing of Avatar in theater?  Ticket stubs?  Tracking finances?  Notches on bedpost?  I mean, I'm pretty sure I would have lost count after 40 viewings.

Story of my LIFE!! I've done the last, like, 2000 posts on my iPod! The screen is cracked and the buttons are failing plus it barely holds a charge. I freaking hate this thing now and would NEVER watch a movie on it !
