Actually,

Zene fko nivume nìtxan.

Txantslusama tsamsiyu

Ya but we won't know for sure because it wasn't shown in the movie. Maybe the DVD will reveal this.

Someone mentioned that that scene for some reason, that their theater in their rediculously lucky country that that scene was not deleted.

Rim tsamsiyu

once again at a non released version on the script.. BUT
Jake realizes that Grace is on the verge of tears and
desperately trying to hide it.
GRACE
A scientist stays objective -- we can not
be ruled by emotion. But I poured ten
years of my life into that school. They
called me sa'atenuk. Mother.
(turning to him)
That kind of pain reaches back through
the link.

also i'd wear that Selfridge mentions10 years when he's ranting at Grace when Jake first arrives....
although this particular script doesn't have it...

Well yes, it would explain Neytiri's knowing of English. How else would she learn? The Na'vi probably wouldn't teacher other Na'vi English.

Lol thats what i was going to say.

She doesnt seem to speak it that well at the beginning of the movie though, so either its been awhile since she spoke English, or she wasnt at the school long.

It past a while since Neytiri studied English, Avatars were forbidden to be in the Na'vi areas and from the photos on the fridge it's assumable that Neytri studied English one she was a grown-up child or a teenager.

She`s 18 = still teenager.
From all the weapons you have used against us, we always feared your guns least!

Yanari

She's eighteen? How old is Jake, then? Damn, that's quite an age gap between the two of them ^^
Zene fko nivume nìtxan.

Tirea Pa'li

Jake`s 22. Not counting the time in cryo ofc.

Yanari

He's 22? Damn, I have got such a bad guess. He looks older, though.

kintìomum

Yeah, getting a bullet through the spine and lying in bed recovering from the wound does that to people...
kintìomum : curiosity (lit.: need knowledge)

"You don't dream in cryo" they say. Good! Imagine a 6-year-nightmare!

Damn, I'm not writing anything else, 'cos I will only score myself off for what I don't know yet even when I saw Avatar six times :D

Tirea Pa'li

Dont worry. Non of that info comes from the movie itself.
You gotta be geeky and read the script (and early version too).

I think its been mentioned in the script and movie, that the Na'Vi like to learn about the humans. So i think they would retain the information and pass it on as to know what to deal with them later.

Tseyk Tìriuä

It looks alot like Neytiri but a definitely younger version (maybe a few years ago) makes sense.
