It would still be technically an uniltìrantokx because it has to do with the DNA, but whether or not they can have children is all dependent on how closely the DNA resembles Na'Vi DNA.

I do not have any reason that his AVTR can not reproduce.  Clones and hybrids can still breed, mules can do it if they mate with a pure breed of one of its composite species (Horse, Donkey), James Cameron holds the cards on this one, Neytiri could be giving birth in Avatar 2 or Avatar 3.

The humans may still call Jakes body AVTR, even if it is incorrect, and the Na'vi may still call Jake kewong/uniltìrantokx, even though that is not even really correct anymore.  It depends on how the speaker feels about his situation, or is disconnected from it and focused on technicality.

He is now officially a Human/Na'vi hybrid in all respects.

Not being placental basically means they don't have a sack around the offspring as they develop into what ever the first silo stage of development is called; infant?, sprout?, hatchling? the ASG has words for baby carrier sling, they are in the Na'vi dictionary for now.  Although, I can see where Cameron's statement might suggest some sort of "ectopic pregnancy" like replication of children, among other further fetched ideas.

The hybrids were in artifical wombs.

There were very young Na'vi being carried after the fall of Kelutrel.

my best guess about the next sequel is that Cameron will get into more about the lifestyle and culture of the Na'vi, like foods, music, hunting, ect.

That is probably true.  Cameron is also very artistically minded, he could focus on how the Na'vi engage in expressionistic traditions.
